Soogsx Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Soogsx collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you create makeup cards, manage your Makeup Library, use community features, report or block users, or purchase optional HD export.

With your permission, Soogsx accesses the camera to capture a photo and the photo library to select a photo or save an exported card. Access occurs for the feature you request. You can change permission in iOS Settings. Soogsx does not claim ownership of photos on your device and does not access photos beyond the scope allowed by Apple’s permission controls.

3. Public Content

Profile details and makeup cards, captions, comments, and reactions you choose to publish may be visible to other Soogsx users. Other users may view or interact with public content through available features. Do not publish sensitive personal information or a recognizable person’s image without permission. Removing a post limits future display by Soogsx but cannot remove copies another person may have lawfully saved outside the service.

Third parties processing personal data for Soogsx are required to provide protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

5. Tracking and Advertising

Soogsx does not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising. If a future version uses data to track activity across other companies’ apps or websites, Soogsx will first provide the disclosures and request permission required by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework and applicable law.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain account information and User Content while your account is active or as needed to provide requested features. Retention periods depend on the data and purpose. For example, safety reports may be kept long enough to investigate abuse; transaction records may be retained for reconciliation, fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations; and backups may retain deleted data for a limited recovery cycle before deletion or de-identification.

You can delete individual cards or initiate account deletion in Soogsx account settings. Account deletion removes the account and associated personal data that we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself submit an account deletion request. You may also email soogsx@outlook.com for a privacy or deletion request.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may edit profile details and content, manage blocked users, and control camera and photo permissions through Soogsx or iOS Settings. We may verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. Protect your login credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

9. International Processing

Depending on where Soogsx and its service providers operate, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and preserve rights available under applicable law.

10. Children

Soogsx is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age or parental consent may apply in some locations. If you believe a child provided personal information contrary to applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Third-Party Services and Apple

Apple independently processes App Store purchases and device permission choices under Apple’s own privacy policy. Links or sharing destinations outside Soogsx are governed by their operators’ policies. Review their terms before providing information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in features, practices, or law. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Materially different processing will be subject to any notice or consent required by law.
