Soogsx User Agreement

Effective date: July 31, 2026

Welcome to Soogsx. Soogsx lets you turn makeup photos and color ideas into magazine-inspired visual cards, organize looks in a personal Makeup Library, discover makeup cards shared by others, and use optional HD export features.

By creating an account, selecting an acceptance control, or using Soogsx, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Soogsx.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to this agreement where required by law. Soogsx is not directed to children under 13.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or create an account for another person without permission.

2. Soogsx Services

Depending on your app version and location, Soogsx may let you:

• Select or capture a makeup photo using camera or photo access you grant.
• Create cards using palettes, mood notes, style choices, layouts, textures, and creative details.
• Save, organize, revisit, export, or remove cards in your Makeup Library.
• Publish cards, browse community creations, react, save, comment, and exchange makeup inspiration.
• Report content or accounts and block unwanted users.
• Purchase optional HD export through Apple In-App Purchase.

Features may vary by device, operating system, region, account status, or app version. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for product, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Your Content and Permissions

“User Content” includes photos, makeup cards, palette and mood notes, captions, profile information, comments, reports, and other material you submit or create. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Soogsx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and moderate your User Content only as reasonably needed to operate, protect, and improve Soogsx. For content you publish, this license allows it to be shown to other users. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, content already lawfully shared by others, or retention required for legal and safety purposes.

You represent that you own or have permission to use every photo, face, image, trademark, caption, and other element you submit, and that your use does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

4. Community Rules

You must not create, upload, publish, or promote content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, or harmful.
• Bullies, shames, objectifies, or targets a person based on appearance or a protected characteristic.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Reveals passwords, identity documents, private contact details, or other sensitive personal information.
• Impersonates others, deceives users, distributes spam or malware, manipulates engagement, or interferes with Soogsx.
• Encourages dangerous cosmetic practices or presents medical claims as professional advice.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Soogsx provides tools to report objectionable content or accounts and block abusive users. We may review reports and User Content and may filter, reduce visibility, remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant evidence, warn users, or suspend or terminate accounts.

We aim to respond to safety and moderation concerns in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee that all objectionable material will be identified before it appears. Misuse of reporting tools, retaliation, and knowingly false reports are prohibited. Urgent threats or illegal conduct should also be reported to the appropriate local authority.

6. Optional HD Export and In-App Purchase

Standard card features may be available without an HD export purchase. Optional HD export is a digital feature sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Before purchase, Soogsx will display the applicable product, price, and benefit. Apple processes payment using your Apple Account; Soogsx does not receive your complete payment-card credentials.

Purchases are subject to Apple’s Media Services terms and refund rules. Except where required by law or Apple policy, purchases are final. Restoring an eligible purchase may require the same Apple Account used for purchase. You may not manipulate receipts, payment status, or access controls. HD export improves output resolution but cannot improve the quality of the original photo and does not guarantee compatibility with every printer, display, or external service.

7. Camera, Photos, and Exports

Soogsx requests camera or photo-library permission only when needed for a feature you choose. You may manage permissions in iOS Settings. Declining a permission may limit the related feature but does not authorize Soogsx to access that data. An exported card is saved or shared only when you request the action.

You are responsible for reviewing cards before publishing or exporting them and for obtaining consent from recognizable people shown in your photos.

8. Makeup and Health Disclaimer

Soogsx is a creative and entertainment tool, not a medical, dermatological, or professional cosmetic service. Colors may appear differently across cameras and screens. Patch-test products, follow manufacturer instructions, avoid unsafe use near eyes or damaged skin, and seek qualified medical advice for allergies, irritation, or other health concerns. You remain responsible for products and techniques you choose to use.

9. Soogsx Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, Soogsx and its software, interface, original graphics, branding, text, and features are owned by Soogsx or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, bypass security, scrape, or commercially exploit Soogsx except as permitted by law or written authorization.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You may initiate deletion of your account from the account settings in Soogsx. Account deletion removes the account and associated personal data that we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain. Some records may be retained for a limited period for security, abuse prevention, transaction reconciliation, legal claims, or compliance. Deleting Soogsx from your device does not by itself delete an account.

You may stop using Soogsx at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate this agreement, create a safety or legal risk, or misuse the service. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal through the contact below.

11. Availability and Disclaimers

Soogsx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free exports, or that community content is accurate, appropriate, or available. Keep independent copies of content important to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soogsx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of content, opportunity, or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in this agreement limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement to reflect changes in Soogsx, law, safety, or operations. We will provide notice when required. If you do not agree to an updated agreement, you should stop using Soogsx and may delete your account.

13. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for Soogsx or its content. Your use of the iOS app must also comply with the applicable App Store and Apple Media Services terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the end-user terms applicable to the licensed iOS app where required by those terms.
